Our office is up on the first floor at F - 301 in Lado Sarai. We’re tucked away in the building owned by Sh. Chaudhary Bhagwan Singh. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs. Lado Sarai is a crowded part of New Delhi, so parking is always a headache for us. We deal with healthcare stuff every day. Boxes come in, papers get signed, and things go back out. The office isn't very large but it fits everyone. We have a small kettle for making chai when the afternoon slump hits. Dealing with medical supplies and healthcare needs takes up all our hours. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes the phone rings and nobody is free to grab it right away because we’re all busy in the back. We try to keep things simple here. No big meetings that go on for hours. Just work that needs doing. The light in the front room is better than the back. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Most locals know the building. It’s not a hospital, just our administrative base. We manage the logistics and the distribution side of things. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy. New Delhi is always moving fast and we just try to keep up with the demands. We don't use fancy labels or high-end office furniture. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of focus. Sometimes the delivery guys wait in the hallway when we are running behind. It’s just part of the daily routine for us at M/S Karan Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.
