Morvel Hardware India is based up on the second floor of building A-48 in the Wazirpur Industrial Area. If you know Wazirpur, you know it’s a place that never really sleeps. There’s always some machine humming or a truck trying to squeeze through the narrow lanes. Our space is tucked away, so you have to head up the stairs to find us. It’s a typical industrial setup. We have rows of shelves filled with all sorts of hardware items. It’s not the quietest place to work, but you get used to the background noise of the factories around here. We spend a lot of our time going through catalogs and checking the stock levels. The office part is just a few desks and some old chairs where we sit to do the billing. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. Most people who come here are regulars who have been buying from us for years. We handle a lot of phone calls from people looking for specific parts. Sometimes it takes a bit of digging to find exactly what someone needs in the back. The second floor gets quite warm in the summer months, but we just keep the windows open. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we manage the hardware, and we go home. It’s just the daily routine here in Wazirpur. We've been here long enough that the noise doesn't even bother us much anymore.
