Morpheus Human Consultancy is tucked away in Lane No. 17, at House No. 477 in the Madangir DDA Flats. It’s a residential area, so it’s not your typical high-rise office environment that you might expect. We operate out of a small space that feels more like a home than a corporate building. There are always kids playing outside and neighbors chatting near the entrance, which gives our work a very local and friendly feel. We focus on human resources and consultancy, which basically means we help people find work and help companies find staff. It’s a lot of coordination between different parties. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the small desks we have crammed in here. Sometimes it gets a bit tight when we have a few people visiting at once for interviews, but we manage to make it work. We don't have a fancy website with big promises or any corporate slogans. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing our simple sign in the lane. We just take things one day at a time, looking through resumes and calling up candidates. Madangir is a busy place, and being in the DDA flats means we are right in the heart of the community. We like it this way because it’s simple and honest. We just do the work that comes our way and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door looking for a job.
