Modihealthcare Placement India Pvt. Ltd. is located in Sidarth Nagar, New Delhi. You can find us at E-31, near the Ashrami area. We spend our days helping people find jobs in the healthcare field. It’s a lot of talking to nurses, doctors, and hospital staff. We also talk to the people who run the clinics and hospitals to see who they need to hire. It’s a busy kind of work because there are always people looking for jobs and places looking for staff. Our office isn't very large, but it's always full of papers and resumes. We try to keep track of everyone, but sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with all the phone calls. We've been doing this for a while and we know the healthcare scene in Delhi pretty well. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant. We just like helping people get to work. The street outside can get a bit crowded, especially in the afternoons. Inside, we just sit at our desks and try to match the right person to the right opening. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of follow-up calls. Sometimes it works out quickly and other times it takes forever to find the right fit. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and head home. It's a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way for everyone.
