Over here at Mnr Solution in Vivek Vihar, things stay pretty hectic most of the week. Being located in C-141, Telecom Colony, we are kind of in a residential area but it feels more like a hub because of all the calls we take. Since we do recruitment, the phones are usually ringing off the hook. You’ll see a few of us hunched over laptops or talking to people about jobs they’re looking for. It’s a lot of talking, honestly. The office isn't anything special to look at. We’ve got some filing cabinets that don't always close right and a tea guy who comes by twice a day. The colony itself is quiet compared to the main road, which is nice when you’re trying to hear someone on a bad mobile connection. Sometimes we have people coming in for interviews, and they get a bit lost finding the house number, but they usually make it eventually. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and someone will probably look up from their screen and ask what you need. It’s a practical place. We focus on the resumes and the clients. The air conditioner struggles a bit when it gets past forty degrees outside, but we manage. It’s just a group of people working in a house converted into an office, trying to keep up with the work.
