Our office, which we just call Mnc, is situated at F- 17/18 in the Jogabai Extension area of Jamia Nagar, Okhla. If you know New Delhi, you know how packed Okhla can get with all the traffic and people moving about. We are tucked away in a spot that isn't too easy to find if it’s your first time visiting. The building is a bit older and the stairs are kind of narrow, but it serves us well enough for what we do. Inside, there are just a few chairs and some desks where we handle our daily tasks. We don’t really go in for big decorations or professional staging. It feels more like a lived-in space because we spend so many hours here. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait around, which gives us time to chat about local news or what’s for lunch. Most of our work involves sitting at computers and dealing with whatever comes through the door or the phone line. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We see a lot of different people coming through Jamia Nagar every day. There is always something happening on the street outside, which keeps things interesting. We just keep doing our bit, trying to stay on top of the work without making it too complicated or stressful for anyone involved.
