We are located in Janak Puri, specifically at C 3 A/64 C. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our workspace tucked in here on the ground level. We spend our time consulting, which basically means we listen to what people need and try to give them some decent advice or find them the right people for their teams. It’s a lot of sitting across a table and talking things through until we find a solution. We don't have a big corporate sign or a marble lobby to impress people. It’s just a regular room where we do our thinking and calling. Delhi-58 is a good spot for us, easy enough for people to get to by rickshaw or car. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know the local market and what companies are looking for. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know what we're doing and enjoy the work. We keep things pretty informal here. If someone comes in, we just sit down and get to work. No long presentations or confusing talk. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes it’s about hiring, sometimes it’s about how to run a small office better. We’ve seen a lot of businesses start and grow from this little office in Janak Puri. It’s nice to see things work out for people. We just keep doing our part, day in and day out, making sure the people who come to us leave with a plan that actually makes sense for their situation and helps them move forward.
