Metlife Insurance

You can find us at 180/A in the Ashram area. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know that the traffic around the Ashram flyover is something else. It’s always moving, always noisy, and we’re right in the middle of it. Metlife Insurance operates from this small office, and it’s a very straightforward place. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of cabinets for all the insurance papers we have to keep track of. It’s not a place with a lot of style or modern design. It’s more about being functional. The walls are a bit plain, and we don't have any big displays or fancy lighting. We just focus on the work at hand. People come in to ask about their policies or to drop off forms, and we just sit and talk with them across the desk. It’s a very direct way of doing things. The office can get a bit dusty because of all the cars passing by outside, but we try to keep it tidy enough. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our snacks, and the local vendors know us since we’ve been here at 180/A for a while. We don't try to sound like a huge, untouchable corporation. We’re just a bunch of people working in a busy part of town, trying to keep up with the paperwork and helping out the folks who walk through our door.
