Max Mile Recruiter

Max Mile Recruiter is based out of Alpha II in Greater Noida. Our office is at F-10, which is a pretty standard building for this part of the city. Greater Noida can feel a bit empty compared to the rest of the NCR, but it’s growing fast. We spend a lot of our time on the phones or looking at screens, trying to find people for the jobs we have open. It’s not exactly glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The neighborhood around Alpha II has everything you need, so we usually grab lunch at one of the small shops nearby. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We get a lot of resumes coming through, some good and some not so great. It’s a lot of sorting and talking. We aren’t those recruiters who send out thousands of automated emails. We actually read what people send us, even if it takes a bit longer. The drive to the office can be a bit long depending on where you’re coming from, but once you’re here, it’s a decent environment. We just want to get people hired and keep our clients happy without making things more complicated than they need to be.
