Max Healthstaff International Ltd. is situated at J-65, Abul Fazal Enclave in Jamia Nagar, Okhla. This part of New Delhi is always humming with activity. There are markets nearby and the streets are usually packed with rickshaws and pedestrians. Our office is in a building that looks just like all the others on the street. It is a simple place with white walls and a few desks pushed against them. We have a lot of folders and binders stacked up on shelves. It is not a place designed to impress anyone. We just need a spot to sit and handle our daily business. The noise from the street comes in through the windows, but we have grown used to it over time. We have a small area where we keep the kettle and some cups. It gets very busy in the mornings when we are all trying to catch up on what happened the day before. The 110065 area is quite dense, so parking can be a real headache if you are not careful. We just walk or take the bus mostly. It is a very grounded place to work. We do not use any complicated systems or have fancy meetings. We just talk across the room to each other. It is a practical, no-nonsense office in the heart of Okhla.
