Max Health Staff

We are located at C 34 in South Ext 1, New Delhi. If you’ve ever tried to park around here, you know it’s a bit of a nightmare, but it’s a great spot for being in the middle of everything. Our office is always buzzing because healthcare never really stops. We spend our time trying to find staff for hospitals and clinics. It involves a lot of checking credentials and making sure people actually have the experience they say they do. The phones are always ringing with someone looking for a nurse or a technician for a shift that starts in two hours. It can be pretty stressful, honestly. The office is full of files and binders of people’s certifications. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just calendars and lists of who is available to work. We’re just a small group of people trying to keep up with the demand for health workers in the city. Most of us have been in this field long enough to know how important it is to get the right person in the right room. We aren't making grand claims; we just work through the lists and try to help where we can. It’s a lot of coordination and late-night calls, but that’s just how the medical world works. We usually have lunch at our desks because it's too busy to leave for long.
