Maven Manpower Solutions

We operate out of Flat No. 467 in the O-Block of New Generation Apartments. It’s a quiet residential spot in Zirakpur, over in the Mohali district of Punjab. Maven Manpower Solutions is a small operation, and using an apartment as our base helps us keep things manageable and personal. We spend a lot of time talking to people looking for work and companies that need help finding staff. It’s a lot of matching people up and seeing who fits where for various roles. Zirakpur has grown a lot lately, so there’s always someone new in town looking for a start. We aren't a big agency with a lobby and a receptionist in a glass building. It’s just a few of us in the flat with some computers and phones. We keep things pretty informal. If someone needs a job, they get in touch, and we see what we can do to help them out. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy. We’ve seen the New Generation Apartments area change quite a bit since we first started here. It’s a good place to be because it’s close enough to the main roads but stays calm enough to get actual work done. We don't have any big corporate slogans or fancy missions. We just try to help folks find a way to earn a decent living, which is more than enough to keep our team going throughout the week.
