We are located in Flat No-194B, over in Pocket-4 of Mayur Vihar Phase 1. It’s a residential area, so it feels quite lived-in and normal. We handle HR stuff here, which basically means we look at a lot of resumes and talk to people looking for jobs. It’s not a huge corporate building, just a regular flat converted into an office space. You walk in and there are files everywhere. We try to keep them sorted by industry, but sometimes the stacks get a bit high. Delhi-91 is a pretty easy place for people to reach, so we get folks dropping by now and then with their papers. We spend our mornings calling candidates and our afternoons checking if companies are hiring. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. The internet goes out sometimes, and we have to wait for it to come back to finish our emails. It’s just how it is. We have a small table where we eat lunch together. Most of us bring food from home. It's a straightforward operation. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on the people who come to us. Mayur Vihar is a busy place, but our pocket is relatively quiet. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We just keep doing our thing every day, trying to match people with the right kind of work that they are looking for.
