Match Workers International

We are situated at A-385/1 in Aali Vihar, which is near the Ram Lakhan Mandir in Sarita Vihar. Being close to the mandir means we hear the bells and the prayers, which is actually quite nice during a busy workday. Match Workers International is a small operation where we help people find work. It’s mostly just us sitting in the office, looking through applications and trying to match them with what employers are asking for. It sounds simple but it takes a lot of time to get it right. We get people from all walks of life coming through our door. Some are looking for their first job and others are just trying to find something closer to home. The office isn't anything special, just some chairs for people to wait in and a couple of desks for us. We don't have any big banners or loud music playing. It’s a quiet place for the most part. We try to be honest with people about what’s available and what’s not. There is no point in giving anyone false hope. We’ve been in the Sarita Vihar area for a while and we like being part of the local scene. Sometimes the walk from the main road can be a bit dusty, but it’s not too bad. We just do our work, close up in the evening, and come back the next day to do it all over again.
