Masterguard Protective Services Pvt. Ltd. is located at 63/64 in the Dda Colony, right by Indira Chowk in New Kondli. It’s a local spot, and we’ve become a regular part of the neighborhood over the years. We handle security for different places, mostly around this side of town. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs and a desk where we handle the scheduling. It’s a family-style environment where everyone knows each other. We don't have a big mission statement or a polished website. Most of our work comes from people recommending us to their friends or other business owners. It is a lot of hard work, especially when it comes to night shifts and making sure everyone is alert. We deal with the usual problems like people being late or uniforms getting worn out. We just fix things as they come up. New Kondli is a busy place, so there’s always something to keep us occupied. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. We are just a group of people who know how to manage security guards. We try to be honest with our clients about what we can do. It’s a practical business, and we plan to stay right here in Dda Colony for the foreseeable future. We keep a pot of coffee going and just deal with the daily tasks one by one as they land on our desks.
