Our office is in Dilshad Garden, specifically at 38-D, Pocket-R. Manpasand Manpower has been operating in this part of Delhi for a good number of years. What we do is pretty basic: we help people find jobs and we help companies find workers. It sounds simple, but it involves a lot of talking and looking through stacks of resumes. We don't have a fancy waiting room with leather sofas. It’s just an office with desks, chairs, and a lot of phone calls going on. People from all over the Delhi-95 area come in looking for a chance. We sit down with them, see what they can do, and try to match them with a workplace that needs them. It’s a lot of matching and checking. Sometimes it’s stressful when we can’t find the right fit immediately, but we keep trying. The team here is small, and we’ve all been working together for ages. We know the Dilshad Garden area like the back of our hands. We aren't here to be some corporate powerhouse. We are just here to help people get to work. Every day is different because you never know who is going to walk through the door or what kind of worker a company might need. It’s a hands-on job, and we just take it one person at a time, trying to be as helpful as we can to anyone who needs a start.
