Our place, Manmuk Creations-Hr Placement, is located in an interesting spot. We are right by S.Kumar Sports&Co, which is just outside the Bhandari Gate in Batala. It’s a bit of a landmark area, so most people don’t have any trouble finding where we are. We deal with HR placement, so a lot of our time is spent talking to people who are looking for a new start or companies that need a hand with their hiring. Being right next to a sports shop means there is always a bit of energy around us, with people coming in for cricket bats or footballs. Our own office is a bit more subdued, filled with the usual desks and papers. Batala is a place where people still value a face-to-face conversation, so we get a lot of walk-ins. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just a few of us here trying to make things work. The office is functional and maybe a little bit cluttered at times, but we know where everything is. We don't go in for any of that modern business talk. We just listen to what someone needs and see if we can help them out. It’s a simple way of doing things, and being near Bhandari Gate puts us right where the action is in this town. We just keep doing what we do every day and hope it helps someone.
