Management Trainee

We sit over here at No:118 Paramasamy Thevar Nagar West in the Narayanapuram area of Madurai. It’s a busy spot but we like it. Most days involve just getting through the training schedules. People come in and out looking for a start in their careers. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. The building is easy to find if you know the landmark. It isn't anything fancy, just a regular office setup. We spend a lot of time on paperwork and talking to people about management basics. Sometimes the fan makes a weird noise but we get the job done. It’s quiet in the mornings before everyone shows up. We mostly just focus on the day-to-day stuff. Madurai-14 is where we call home. We don't have a big glossy brochure or anything like that. Just desks and some computers. If you stop by, someone is usually around to answer the door. It's a straightforward place. We handle the trainee stuff without making a big fuss about it. We see a lot of young faces trying to figure out their next move. The neighborhood is mostly residential so it's not too loud outside. We keep things moving. We’ve had some good years here at this location. The tea stall down the road is where we usually go for a break. The chairs in the lobby are a bit old but they work fine. We don't really do the corporate dress code thing. It's Madurai, so it gets hot in the afternoons but the AC handles it mostly. We keep our files organized on the shelves. It’s a practical setup for what we do at Management Trainee.
