Mafoi Management Consultant

We are located in Katwaria Sarai in New Delhi. If you’ve ever been through this part of the city, you know it’s always moving. Mafoi Management Consultant is just a small office here where we handle a lot of the boring but necessary stuff for other businesses. We spend our days looking at management structures and trying to help people figure out how to handle their staff better. It’s not as exciting as it sounds, honestly. It involves a lot of sitting in front of spreadsheets and making phone calls to people who are often too busy to talk. Our office isn't anything special. It’s got a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of binders filled with notes. We don't use big words or try to confuse people with jargon. We just talk like normal people because that’s what we are. The tea shop downstairs is probably our favorite place to be when things get stressful. Katwaria Sarai is a good spot because it’s got a bit of everything around it. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the local shopkeepers. We aren't some global corporate giant. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office space. We’re just a consultancy firm trying to do a decent job for our clients without making a big fuss about it. We show up, we do the work, and then we head home like everyone else.
