We are located at Friends Colony 5, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to some of the main roads nearby, but inside the doors it is a completely different story. Dealing with packages and all sorts of deliveries means there is always stuff being sorted or labels being printed out. We started this whole thing because we saw a real need for someone to just move things from one point to another without making it into a big, complicated ordeal. Most of our day is spent looking at addresses and making sure things get onto the right bikes or into the trucks at the right time. It can get a bit chaotic when a lot of stuff arrives all at once, and the floor usually ends up covered in boxes for a few hours. We do not have a fancy waiting room or anything like that for visitors. It is a functional space where we get the work done. We have got a small crew who knows the local routes around here pretty well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just reliable for the local people who use us on a regular basis. Sometimes the bad weather slows us down or a delivery bike breaks down, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is honest work for us. We do not use those fancy tracking apps that never seem to work; we just keep an eye on things.
