Madhur Courier Services is tucked away at Phatak Karor 266, right near the Delhi G P O. Being in this part of the city means we are always surrounded by history and a lot of narrow lanes. It’s a very old building where we have our office. You have to walk through some busy spots to get to us. We’ve been at this address for quite a while, and the walls are a bit stained from years of work. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, scales, and piles of mail. We spend our days sorting through envelopes and making sure everything is labeled correctly. The GPO area is always bustling with people sending all kinds of things. It’s a lot of walking back and forth and carrying heavy bags. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we always get back to it. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, and we all know each other’s routines. We don’t really have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. It’s not a glamorous job, and the office gets pretty hot in the summer months. Still, we like being in this part of town. There’s a lot of energy in the streets around Phatak Karor. We just keep our heads down and try to get the day's work finished before the sun goes down.
