Our place is right on Street Ishwari Parshad in Bara Hindu Rao. It’s one of those old parts of town where the streets are narrow and there’s always something happening. We’ve been operating out of number 6456 for quite some time now. M. S. Tijarat isn't a big corporation; it's more of a family-type operation where we know the neighbors. Dealing with trade and supplies is what we do every day. The morning starts with clearing the front of the shop and checking what needs to go out. It gets noisy with all the rickshaws and people passing by, but you get used to it. We handle a variety of items depending on what the market needs. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk with the other shop owners nearby. Other days, we’re running around trying to get orders sorted before the sun goes down. The building is old, and it has that specific smell of old wood and dust. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just find us by walking down the lane. It’s simple work, buying and selling, making sure the math adds up at the end of the day. We try to be fair and just keep things moving along without making a fuss. It's how we've always done it.
