We set up shop in the City Centre Mall in Shalimar Bagh. Our space is BT-13, which is quite close to the DT Cinemas. Since we are in a mall, it’s always got that hum of people walking around and music playing in the background. We deal with lifestyle products, which is a broad way of saying we handle a lot of different items like clothes and accessories. Most of our day is spent checking inventory or talking to people who walk in. It’s not a very big space, but we make it work. The mall can get really packed on the weekends, but during the week it’s a bit more relaxed. We have to keep everything tidy, which is a constant job when people are looking through things. We are a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from cleaning the glass to doing the accounting. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been here for a while and have seen a lot of other shops come and go. We just keep doing our thing and hope people find what they need. It’s not a corporate office; it’s more of a hands-on place. We don't use any fancy systems, just a regular way of keeping track of what we sell. Most days are pretty much the same, but we like the routine of being here.
