Our office is at 279 on the ground floor in Satya Niketan, right near Motibagh in New Delhi. Being on the ground floor is quite handy because people can just walk right in off the street. Satya Niketan is a lively spot, mostly because of all the college students from the South Campus area. There is always a lot of noise and plenty of places to eat around here. We handle various service-related tasks and maintenance stuff. It is a practical business, and our office reflects that. We don't have any expensive furniture or fancy lighting. It is just a place where we can coordinate our work and keep our files in order. We have a few people working here who have been with us for a long time. We don't really do any big advertising. Most people find us because they live or work in the area and see our sign. The traffic in Motibagh can be a bit much in the evenings, but during the day, it is a good place to be. We just focus on getting through the list of jobs we have for the day. It is not always exciting, but it is consistent. We like being part of the Satya Niketan neighborhood because it has a lot of life. If you need to find us, we are just a short walk from the main road.
