Leading Staffing Organization

Leading Staffing Organization is located in Noida. It’s a huge city, and we are just in one of the many office buildings here. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Most people find us because they need staff or they need a job. It’s a lot of calling people all day. The office is usually filled with the sound of three or four of us talking on the phone at the same time. It can get a bit loud. We have some computers that we use to keep track of everyone. Noida has a lot of traffic, so getting to work in the morning is always a bit of a struggle. We’ve been doing this for several years now. We don't really have a boss who walks around in a suit. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and coffee mugs. We try to keep it organized, but it’s hard when things are moving fast. We don't do any big advertisements. People just know us from before. It’s a very practical way of working. We take our breaks when we can and usually just eat at our desks if we are busy. It’s just a normal staffing place where we try to match the right person to the right task without making it too complicated.
