Leading Executive Search Firm

We are located at 131 Deshbandhu Appartments in the Kalkaji area of New Delhi. It is a busy residential and commercial spot. Our office is where we do all the executive search work. It isn't a flashy place, just a regular set of rooms with desks, computers, and a lot of files. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at resumes. The apartments are a bit older, but they are solid. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a real headache. You have to navigate around the other cars and delivery bikes. We have a small team here. We mostly drink tea from the local stall while we work. It gets quite noisy during the day with all the activity in Kalkaji. We’ve been at this address for a long time. It works for us because it’s central for people coming from different parts of South Delhi. We don’t have a big fancy lobby. You just come in and we are right there working. It’s a practical setup. We try to keep things moving along. Usually, we are here from morning until late evening. The metro station isn't too far, which helps. We deal with senior level hiring mostly. It’s a lot of talking and coordination. We don't use any high-tech systems, just the usual stuff that gets the job done. It’s a real, working office where we put in the hours every day without much fuss.
