Laurus Human Resources

Laurus Human Resources is tucked away in the Himhit Society in Dwarka, Sector 22. We are at Plot 8, specifically in C-106. It is a residential area, so it stays pretty peaceful compared to the busier parts of Delhi. We handle human resources stuff, which mostly means we talk to a lot of people about their jobs. Some days we are buried under piles of CVs, and other days it is just phone calls and emails. We aren’t a giant firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us working out of this space. We know how hard it is for companies to find the right people, so we try to help out with that. The office has a lot of natural light, which is nice when you are stuck looking at a screen for eight hours. We often have to explain to people how to get to the society because the gates can be a bit confusing if you are new to Dwarka. Once you get to C-106, you will find us usually debating over which candidate fits where. We do not use a lot of corporate talk here. We just try to be honest with the people who come to see us. It is a lot of coordination and checking details to make sure everything is correct. Sometimes we stay late when a big project comes in, but mostly we just stick to our routine and get the work finished.
