Laksh Human Resources

Our office is located at S-7 Vikas Nagar, right in the middle of Hastsal here in Uttam Nagar. It is a small place where we help people find jobs and help companies find workers. It gets pretty busy in the mornings with people coming in to drop off their resumes. We have a couple of computers and some chairs for waiting. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular room where we do our work. We know a lot of the local businesses around here. Sometimes it's hard to find the right person for a job, so we spend a lot of time looking through papers and making calls. The neighborhood is crowded, but we like it here. It’s close to the main market. We’ve been helping out with hiring for some time now. Some days are slow, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit messy with all the files. If you're walking through Vikas Nagar, you'll find us easily enough. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes. It is decent work, helping someone get a paycheck. We don’t use any fancy software, just basic stuff that works for us. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. Most of us live nearby so it's a short commute. We usually take our lunch break together at the small shop around the corner.
