Kotak Mahindra Bank

Our branch is located at H.No 4100 in Pocket D4, over in Vasant Kunj. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit different from the big commercial banks you see in the city center. We’re part of Kotak Mahindra Bank, but here on the ground, we’re just a small group of people handling accounts and helping neighbors with their banking. The office is tucked away, which makes it feel a bit more personal. You won't find a lot of corporate jargon here. We mostly just talk to people about their savings or help them fix a problem with their cards. Sometimes the line gets a little long on Mondays, and we have to ask people to be patient. We’ve been at this Vasant Kunj spot for some time now. The neighbors stop by even when they don’t have banking to do, just to say hello. It’s a functional space with the usual desks and computers. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on getting the numbers right and making sure everyone’s money is where it should be. It’s a steady job. We like the fact that we aren't in a giant skyscraper. Being in a house number in a pocket of Vasant Kunj makes the whole thing feel more like a community service than just a big bank. We keep things pretty simple for everyone who walks in.
