Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited

This branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is located in Tower A1 of the Ridhi Garden Complex on Film City Road in Malad East. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, and the building is quite large, which can be a bit confusing if you’re coming here for the first time to see us. We are up in the 901 area of the tower. Working here means dealing with the typical Mumbai rush, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get into the elevators at the same time. The office is pretty standard, lots of desks and people busy with paperwork or staring at their computers. We spend most of our time looking at accounts and making sure all the numbers add up correctly by the end of the day. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s what keeps things running for the people who bank with us. Even though the company name is big and well-known, inside this specific office, it’s just a group of us trying to stay on top of the daily tasks. We take our breaks when we can and usually talk about the commute or the local cricket scores over tea. The view from the tower is alright, but we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. It’s just our regular work life in a big city office building, trying to get things done before the evening rush starts.
