If you find yourself in Mahavir Enclave, you might pass by our spot at R Z C-3/35A. It’s right there in New Delhi -45. We aren't a huge operation here, just a small team working on insurance stuff. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone explaining a policy over the phone or the printer running out of ink again. It’s a practical space. We’ve got some filing cabinets that have seen better days and a few desks where we keep our notebooks and tea mugs. People come in to talk about their families and what they need for the future. We listen, write things down, and try to make sense of the forms. It’s honest work. The neighborhood is fairly crowded, so there is always someone passing by the window. We try to keep things organized, but on busy Mondays, there are papers everywhere. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle for tea and some biscuits in a jar. It’s the kind of place where we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just show up, do the math, fill out the records, and help the people who walk through the door. It’s quiet enough for us to focus, and that’s all we really need to keep going through the week.
