We are an IT company located right here in Delhi. Being in the city means we are always in the middle of everything that's going on. We focus on software and tech tasks, which means we spend a lot of time on our computers. The office is just a normal space with a few rooms and a lot of monitors set up on the desks. We don't really go for that high-tech look you see in movies or big magazines. It's more about having a comfortable chair and a good internet connection that doesn't drop. A few of us have been here since the very start, and we've seen the team grow slowly over time. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work well and keep the people we work for happy. Delhi can be a tough place to work because of the heat and the traffic jams, but we make it work. We have our little routines, like getting samosas in the afternoon or talking about the latest cricket match results. It's a friendly atmosphere in the office, not too formal at all. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Most days it's just jeans and t-shirts. We think that being relaxed helps us think better when we're trying to solve a coding problem. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We're just a bunch of people who like technology and living in Delhi.
