Our place is at 178 on the 2nd floor in Pitampura. We do facility management under the name Khushi Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd., which is a long way of saying we help take care of buildings. This involves everything from cleaning to fixing leaks and making sure the lifts are working. It's a lot of different tasks rolled into one. We have a small team here in Pitampura, and we’re usually out at different sites rather than sitting in the office. The office is mostly for keeping our tools and some spare parts. It’s a busy neighborhood, so there’s always something that needs attention nearby. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon; we just fix what is broken. If a pipe bursts or a light goes out in a common area, we’re the ones people call. We’ve been doing this for a while, and it's mostly about showing up and doing the hard work that others don't want to do. We don't have a big marketing budget or sales people. Most of our clients come to us because we did a good job for their friend or someone else in the building. It’s a practical business. We like being in Pitampura because it’s easy to get around from here. The 2nd floor can get a bit warm in the summer, but we make do with a fan and some cold water while we plan the next job.
