You can find Kelvin Recruiters Pvt Ltd over in Shakarpur. We are at Office No.108 on the first floor. It is a modest setup, nothing too flashy or modern. We have a few desks, some chairs for people to wait in, and a lot of filing cabinets full of records. We spend our days talking to people looking for work and companies looking for help. It is a lot of listening and taking notes on what people need. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a lot of folks show up at once for interviews, but we try to keep things orderly as best we can. We started this because we saw how hard it was for people in the area to find decent jobs. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just look at resumes and try to see where someone might fit in. The first floor location is nice because it is not too many stairs for visitors, and there is a good tea stall just down the street for our breaks. We have been in Shakarpur long enough that we know the local market pretty well. We don't use any high-tech systems, just common sense and a lot of phone calls. It can be stressful when we can't find a spot for someone, but it is great when things work out for everyone. We're just a small group working out of 108.
