We are located at Wz-136A in Naraina Village. Kelly Services Pvt Ltd has been here for a bit now. Naraina Village is a busy place, and our office fits right in with the rest of the buildings. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in suits every day. We dress pretty casual because it gets hot and we are busy moving around. We have a few rooms where we do interviews and keep our files. The floor is just plain tile. We do a lot of hiring for different companies, so there are always new faces coming in. Sometimes people get lost trying to find us since the numbers in the village can be confusing. We just tell them to look for the landmark nearby. Our desks are a bit old, and the chairs creak, but they work fine. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform. One of us just looks up when the door opens. It’s a very basic setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing up notes about people we’ve met. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't go for anything flashy. We just handle the recruitment side of things for whoever needs it. It’s a simple operation in a busy part of New Delhi. We’ve been doing this for years now, and the routine is pretty set. We just get on with it.
