Kelly Services India Pvt. Ltd. is based out here in Delhi, specifically around the Saket area. Even though the name sounds pretty big, our day-to-day life is mostly about answering phones and looking at a lot of resumes on our computer screens. The office in Saket is where most of the action happens for us. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is on a call at the same time, trying to figure out where people are going to work next. We’ve been in the Delhi scene for a while now, and we’ve seen the job market change a lot over the years. Some days are just a constant stream of emails and interviews, and other days we’re just catching up on paperwork that seems to never end. It’s a regular office with some desks, some old filing cabinets that probably need replacing, and a small area where we have lunch. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing here; it's more about just getting the right person into the right spot. We drink way too much coffee and spend a lot of time talking to each other about how to handle different requests. Saket is a busy part of town, so getting to the office can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we make it work. It’s just us doing our thing in the middle of a very busy city.
