Keane Inc.

Keane Inc. is over in Bb Block 8-C in Janak Puri, New Delhi-58. We’ve been set up here for quite some time now. It’s a solid neighborhood with plenty of stuff around. Our office is pretty basic. We have our computers, some desks that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep the water cooler. We do a lot of technical work, mostly focused on systems and software. It’s the kind of thing where you have to really concentrate, so it can get pretty quiet in here sometimes. Then someone will make a joke and we’ll all take a break for a bit. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people who know our way around a computer. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just show up and try to solve the problems that our clients bring us. Sometimes the solutions are easy and sometimes they take all night. We’ve had those long nights where we’re just staring at screens until the sun comes up. It’s part of the job. We like Janak Puri because it’s easy to get to and there are good shops nearby for when we need supplies. We’re just a bunch of tech-minded folks doing our thing. We don't try to be anything we’re not. We just do the work and hope people are satisfied with the results.
