We have been over here in Laxmi Nagar for a while now, right on Vikas Marg in the Laxmi House building. People around here know the area is always busy, and we are right in the middle of it at Vijay Block. Basically, we help people find work and help companies find some decent staff to fill their chairs. It is not always easy because the job market changes so fast, but we just try to keep up. Most of our days are spent looking through resumes or talking to folks who walk in through the door looking for a fresh start. We are not a big fancy operation with glass walls and suits, just a regular office where we get things done. Delhi is a huge city and finding a job should not be a nightmare, so we try to make that part a bit simpler for everyone involved. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to actually grab a tea. We have seen a lot of different people come through these doors over the years. Some are just starting out and others have been around the block a few times. We just sit down, see what they need, and try to match them with something that fits. It is practical work. We do not have some big philosophy about it. It is just about getting people to work so they can pay their bills and companies can keep their gears turning. If you are near Delhi-92, you have probably passed by our building.
