We are based over in Subhash Vihar at F 11/1. It’s a busy part of Delhi and honestly, the noise from the street usually comes right through the windows. Jobsthan.Com started because there’s always people looking for work and we had some space and a few computers to get things going. Most days it’s just us sitting here looking through emails and trying to match names to the right piles on the desk. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of rooms with some old fans that hum a bit too loud in the summer. Sometimes the internet acts up but we manage to get the postings up eventually. People drop by sometimes without calling first, which is fine, though it gets a bit crowded in the entryway. We don’t really have a big reception area or anything like that. Subhash Vihar is a good spot though, plenty of places to grab a quick bite when we get a break. It feels like a real neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while now and the locals know where to find us. Usually, there’s a stack of resumes on the corner table that needs sorting, and that takes up most of our morning. It’s just regular work, nothing too complicated, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. If you’re walking down the lane, you might miss the sign if you aren’t looking closely. We just keep our heads down and do what we need to do.
