Job-Smart

Job-Smart is located at 197 D, Pocket1, in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. We’ve been here in Delhi for a while now, working out of this space. It’s a typical Mayur Vihar setup, pretty easy to find if you know the pockets. We spend our time helping people look for work or helping companies find someone to fill a spot. It involves a lot of reading through applications and making phone calls. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and resumes, but we know where everything is. We aren't a big fancy agency with a lot of polish. We are just a group of people who understand how hard it can be to find a job. We don't use any special software to pick names; we just look at what's in front of us. Some days we have people dropping by all afternoon, and other days it is just us and the phones. Phase 1 is a good area to be in because there is always a lot of activity. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. It’s just about getting people to the right place. We don't have any big slogans. We just work from our desks at 197 D and try to make things happen for the folks who come in. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but it is what we do and we are used to it.
