Jobline Consultants is run by us, and you can find us through Sushant Suman, who is the son of Arun Kumar Sinha. We do not have a big fancy office building with a giant neon sign or anything like that. It is a much more personal setup for the work we do. We spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork and taking phone calls from people. Usually, it is just a few of us sitting around a couple of desks in the room. We started this because we saw a need for people to get a bit of help with their career moves. It is not always easy, and there are some days when the work feels like a mountain of paper. We try to keep a calm atmosphere inside. Sometimes we have music playing low in the background, usually just the local radio station. We do not have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever happens to be closest picks it up. It is a bit informal but it works for us. We handle a lot of different files and try to keep everything in order, though the stacks of paper sometimes get a bit high on the corners of the desks. We do not go for big speeches or polished presentations. We just talk to people like regular people. It is a small operation and we like being able to know everyone.
