Job Vista

Down in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase II, specifically at E-49/9, you’ll find us at Job Vista. It’s a busy part of town with all the trucks and people moving around the factories. Our office is tucked in there, and we spend most of our time looking through lists and talking to folks who need work. People come in from all over the city hoping to find something that fits. We sit at our desks, go through applications, and make a lot of phone calls to different companies nearby. Sometimes it’s quiet, but usually, there is someone sitting in the waiting area filling out a form. The Okhla heat can be a bit much in the summer, but we keep the fans going. It isn't a glamorous place, just a regular office with some computers and files everywhere. We see all kinds of people, from young kids looking for their first start to older guys who just need a change. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door at E-49/9. We try to keep things organized, though papers always seem to pile up on the desks. It’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with so many different names and numbers. We’ve been in Phase II for a bit now and have gotten used to the noise of the industrial area. It’s a practical spot for what we do. We don't have a receptionist or anything, so we just shout across the room when someone new comes in. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we're too busy with the files to worry about that right now. It's just a place where work gets done and people try to find their next step in the industrial world of Okhla. We keep a stack of newspapers on the table for people to read while they wait, and that's about the extent of our lobby.
