Job Solutions

Job Solutions is located right in the A-290 Dda Flats over in Kalkaji. We are in a residential-style area of New Delhi, so it feels a bit more like a home than a big office building. We deal with hiring and help people find work, which is always an interesting way to spend the day. There are always people coming in and out of the flats asking about openings or dropping off their papers. It can get a bit loud in the hallways during the peak hours, but that is just how it is in Kalkaji. We have a small team here and we mostly just sit around our desks making calls. It is not a high-tech setup, just some computers and a lot of files. We try to keep things organized, but when you have so many people looking for jobs, the paperwork tends to pile up on the corners of the desks. The neighborhood is good though, plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby. We have been in this spot for a while now and most of the neighbors know what we do. We don't put on any acts or use big words. We just talk to people and see if we can help them out with their careers. It's a simple business, really. We just show up every morning and get to it, hoping we can match someone with a good role. It takes time, but we just keep at it.
