Our office is located over in Vaishali, Sector 3, specifically on the second floor of building F-955. If you know the area near the Anand Vihar ISBT, you know how busy it gets with all the buses and people moving through. It’s a loud, active neighborhood and we’re right in the thick of it. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens, but we try to keep the atmosphere light. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so we usually tell people to watch their step when they come to visit us. It’s not some big corporate headquarters, just a practical space where we can focus. There’s a tea stall just around the corner that we go to way too often. Most of the staff has been here for a bit, so we’ve figured out how to work together without getting in each other's way. Sometimes the printers jam or the AC makes a weird rattling noise, but that’s just how it is. We’re just here to help connect people with companies that need them. It’s basic work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve got a view of the street from the window, and watching the traffic move toward the bus terminal is how we track the time.
