Jindal Intellicom Contact Centers

Our place is located at 387/31 Onkar Nagar B in Tri Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the area well, but once you’re in, it’s a beehive of activity. Jindal Intellicom is basically a contact center, so you can imagine the noise level. There’s always someone talking on a headset. We’ve got rows of desks and computers stretched across the floor. It’s a functional space, built for getting through calls and helping people with whatever they’re calling about. We’ve been in this Tri Nagar spot for quite some time now. The building has seen a lot of people come and go. It’s a bit worn around the edges, but it works for what we need. Dealing with customer service or technical support isn't always the easiest job. People on the other end of the line can be frustrated, and our staff has to handle that all day long. We try to keep a good atmosphere inside, maybe play some music during breaks or share snacks when someone has a birthday. It’s a lot of sitting and typing. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls, just the schedules and the phone numbers we need to know. It’s a practical, fast-paced place. When the shift ends, everyone is pretty tired, but we come back the next day and do it all over again. That’s just the nature of a contact center in a busy city like Delhi.
