Jeevan Yapan

Our place is over in Ghaziabad, specifically in Pratap Vihar at R-125 Vakil Colony. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes it a bit quieter than the main city center. We’ve been here at Jeevan Yapan for some time now. The office is really just a converted space that suits what we need. It’s not flashy. There’s a small sign outside so people don't miss the turn. We get people coming in from all over the U.P. side looking for help with different things. We don't have a fancy lobby. You just come in, sit down on whatever chair is free, and we talk. It’s a very local way of doing things. Sometimes we have tea while we work through the files. The colony is mostly families, so it’s a nice environment to be in. We aren't some big corporate entity with branches everywhere. It’s just this one spot. We try to be practical about everything. If something needs doing, we find a way to do it without making it complicated. Most of our day is spent handling requests and talking to people who walk in. It’s honest work and we enjoy the pace here. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits every day. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. We like the fact that it feels like a community here rather than a sterile business district. We’re just here doing our thing every single day.
