The shop is tucked away in Fatehpuri, specifically around the Fatehpur Beri and Asola area. It is a busy spot where we handle a lot of heavy lifting and moving boxes around. Every morning starts with the same routine of checking the manifests and seeing what needs to go out on the trucks. The roads around here can be a bit of a nightmare with the traffic, so we spend a lot of time coordinating with the drivers. Inside the office, things are pretty basic. We have a couple of old desks, some weighing scales, and piles of packing tape everywhere. It gets quite dusty because of all the movement outside, but we try to keep the paperwork in order. Some people come in with just a small envelope, while others have big crates that take two of us to move. We have been at this location for quite some time now and have seen the neighborhood grow. There is no air conditioning, just some fans that hum all day while we work. It’s a lot of physical labor and staying on top of the schedules. We don't have a fancy system, just a logbook and some computers that sometimes act up. It’s just how we run things here. Most of the guys have been working together for years. We just try to get the parcels moved from one point to another without any unnecessary delays or complications. We usually close up once the last truck is loaded and the shutters go down.
