Jagpar Hr Sevices Pvt.Ltd operates out of South-X in Delhi. If you know South Extension, you know it’s a bit of a hub for all sorts of businesses. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s not a massive place, just a few rooms where we handle all the HR stuff that comes our way. We’ve got a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Every morning we come in, turn on the lights, and start going through the applications that came in overnight. It’s a lot of reading and a lot of verifying details. South-X can be a nightmare for parking, so most of us take the metro or just deal with the walk. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We aren't the type to wear suits unless there’s a really big meeting. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts. We talk to a lot of people every day, some looking for work and others looking for staff. It’s a lot of juggling. Sometimes it feels like we’re just pushing paper, but then you actually help someone get a job and it feels okay. We’ve been here for a while and don't really plan on moving. Delhi is home and South-X is where the action is. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. That is really the long and short of it for us.
