Ivory Arts is located at Office No. 26, right inside the Red Fort at Meena Bazar. It’s a very busy place to be every day. There are always crowds of people walking past, and the noise of the market never really stops. Our space is quite small, so we have to keep everything tucked away in its proper spot. We focus on making various handcrafted items. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on small details. The lighting isn't always the best in this part of the fort, so we have to use extra lamps on our benches. It gets very hot in the summer months, and we just have to deal with it like everyone else in the bazaar. We've seen a lot of people come and go over the years. We don't talk much while we're working because it takes a lot of concentration. The history of the Red Fort is all around us, but for us, it's just where we go to do our job. We get to the bazaar early in the morning before it gets too crowded to move. It’s a strange but interesting place to work. We don't do any big advertising or anything. We just put our things out and let people see them as they walk by. It’s a lot of work to keep the shop tidy with so much dust from the bazar, but we do what we can. We've been at Office No. 26 for quite some time now.
