Its Naukri Time

We are based right here in New Delhi. Its Naukri Time is a small operation that helps people find jobs. We don't have a specific street address listed in the big directories, but we work from a local office in the city. It’s a simple space. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking job boards. New Delhi is a massive place with so many people looking for work, so there’s always something to do. Our office isn't fancy. There are no expensive paintings or designer furniture. It’s just us, some functional desks, and our computers. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the city feels overwhelming, but we just focus on one person at a time. We don't use a lot of business jargon. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. It’s a lot of coordination. We might spend all afternoon trying to reach one person. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We like being in the heart of the city because that’s where the action is. Even without a complex address, people find us. We don't put on airs or try to look bigger than we are. It’s a local business run by local people who understand the daily grind of the city. We just keep at it, day after day.
